An infamous work skirting pseudo-history, documentary photography, and beautifully grim design moves. This is the 1973 printing in softcover. It definitely shows wear along the edges with some particularly noticeable curling in the lower right front corner. That said, for a publication that intends to serve as a some sort of cursed object from a Midwestern reliquary, the strictly cosmetic fatiguing only amplifies the vibe.
